Rockin

i am so inspired
i had such a good day yesterday
with women
of all ages and shapes and sizes and
i love a level playing field and
seeing in practice all the things we read and teach and train and say
and know to be true but avoid so often

just being there and being with them made me want to reach and rest at the same time
i don't mind about putting everything off because I can rock anything at any time
so much love and talent and encouragement
even preparing and tidying up was inspiring

i am blessed
thank you tokyo for putting me where i am now
and where you are going to take me next
